    1. Introduction

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between inithouse.com s.r.o., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, IČO: 23374390 ("Company", "we", "us"), and you, the user ("User" or "you").

    These Terms govern your access to and use of Watching Agents and its associated AI-powered analysis services (collectively, the "Service").

    2. The Service & AI Nature

    2.1 Functionality

    The Service provides AI-powered tools for creating structured analyses and predictions based on user-provided topics and questions.

    2.2 AI Disclaimer

    You acknowledge that the Service uses generative AI technologies:

    • Probabilistic Nature: Outputs are generated based on statistics and probability. The Service may produce unexpected or imperfect results.
    • Informational Purpose: AI-generated analyses are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.
    • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on any generated content.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have parental/guardian consent.

    4. Intellectual Property

    4.1 Our Rights

    inithouse.com s.r.o. owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, code, and trademarks.

    4.2 Your Content

    You retain ownership of the topics and descriptions you provide ("Input"). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the analyses generated ("Output") for personal and non-commercial purposes.

    5. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree NOT to use the Service to:

    • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes harm.
    • Reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract source code.
    • Use the Service to build a competing product.
    • Abuse the service with automated requests or spam.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CZECH LAW:

    6.1 INITHOUSE.COM S.R.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR ANY OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF AI-GENERATED ANALYSES.

    6.2 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

    6.3 This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or damages to life and health.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
